We'll give you the Resources to Raise More Money and keep more of Your Profits! 

We keep it simple with no monthly fees and no long term commitments.  Realize profits of 90 to 95% after all expenses.     

Generally speaking, our total fees for an event license and necessary marketing materials for a successful fundraising campaign are usually about 3-4% of your total fundraising proceeds.  Another 6-7% of your proceeds, if you choose, can be used to purchase t-shirts, event supplies or prizes.  See the details below.  

Pride Fundraising Expenses 

License Fee & Starter Kit:  We try to keep your upfront expenses low.  The cost of our fundraising events and the free starter kit, worth $119, is only $475 dollars; perhaps less if you have a promotion code.    

Get a licensing fee as low as $275 with an ala carte solution and the right promotion code.  Call us to see if you qualify! 

With your standard license fee, you will also receive a free starter kit with marketing materials for the first 100 participants, additional materials are available online through the Pride Catalog.  In addition, the starter kit includes 200 Merchant stars to help you raise an initial $200 from local merchants, making it a $319 value.    

The Event Management interface and campaign management tools will support a virtually unlimited number of participants.  

Online Technology Fees:  To keep the upfront costs low, we charge a reasonable technology fee for ONLY the money raised through the Pride Pledge secure transaction server.   The technology fee is a small percentage of online donations and helps cover our costs for the credit card gateway, PCI security, Internet bandwidth, on-line Event/Campaign Management tools, e-mail services, customer service, web designers and our database engineers.    

NOTE:  Technology Fees do NOT apply to contributions from in-person or business donations.  Every dollar in the collection envelopes is yours.  Every dollar from business donations is yours! 

Example:  If your event raises $25,000, with 400 participants, we estimate that about 10% or $2,500, of this total, might be raised online.  Registration fees and additional materials will cost about $736 and technology fees, for online donations, would be approximately $225 dollars resulting in total expenses for this event of $961 dollars.  Your total profit for this event would be $24,039 or 96% percent.  Compare these results to your current fundraiser.    

Other Expenses 

Event Materials:  You may choose to purchase additional Pledge Collection Envelopes, Event Stationery or Merchant Stars.   We also provide event-support materials, prizes and t-shirts.  All of these items are available through our catalog. 

Prizes:  Most groups will have several of their prizes donated, however if you need additional prizes, you may choose to purchase prizes from one of your business sponsors or you may purchase small prizes form the Pride Catalog. 

Example:  From the $25,000 dollar example above, you may spend an additional $1,539 for t-shirts, event materials or prizes and still realize a 90% profit from your fundraising proceeds. 

Don't be greedy:   It's easy to get swept up in the amount of profit that can be generated by a Pride Fundraising event.  Your event participants will raise more money when they are motivated with a few great prizes.  Quality prizes, t-shirts and awards are nice touches that let your participants and community look forward to your fundraising event year after year.
